GiveDirect.org is a charity management firm that processes donations for its client charities. We have programmed the following for this client.
Donation Pages: the donation page allows the donor to select a donation amount, request a donation match from their employer and make the donation a tribute to someone else. Jquery is used to give the donor easy to understand notices about any payment problems. After a successful donation the donor is provided with an online receipt as well as an email receipt. Each donation page and receipt uses the charities logo and contact information.
Donor Portal: allows charity donors to view their donations as well as manage recurring donations. Recurring donors can change the credit card that is billed, donation amount, donation frequency and their contact information. Donors can view their donation history and change their password.
Administration Area: admins have complete management of accounting functions including but not limited to processing new donations, recurring donations, refunds, corporate match donations, admin user management, charity management, donation reports, charity and donor search pages.
HelpPeopleLive.org is a public charity that offers help to low income individuals seeking an education.
Front End
This site was built with WordPress. The donation page is generated by and processed by custom programming. The custom programming is seen when the Donate Now link is clicked. It is custom programming that processes the donation, displays a receipt and email a receipt to the donor.
Back End
The administrator (charity) can add and edit donor information, search donor information, process donations, issue refunds, resend receipts.
