GiveDirect.org is a charity management firm that processes donations for its client charities. We have programmed the following for this client.
Donation Pages: the donation page allows the donor to select a donation amount, request a donation match from their employer and make the donation a tribute to someone else. Jquery is used to give the donor easy to understand notices about any payment problems. After a successful donation the donor is provided with an online receipt as well as an email receipt. Each donation page and receipt uses the charities logo and contact information.
Donor Portal: allows charity donors to view their donations as well as manage recurring donations. Recurring donors can change the credit card that is billed, donation amount, donation frequency and their contact information. Donors can view their donation history and change their password.
Administration Area: admins have complete management of accounting functions including but not limited to processing new donations, recurring donations, refunds, corporate match donations, admin user management, charity management, donation reports, charity and donor search pages.
Project Description: Website that allows contractors and real estate professionals to create accurate home repair or replacement cost estimates. This online system interfaces with the client’s property information web service.
Front End
Visitors can register to become members. Members submit a property address and the web service accesses all detailed information about the property including square footage, number of rooms, lot size, kitchen size, amenities and a lot more.
Member uses the website to create cost estimates and reports for any part of a home. This information is available for all U. S. home addresses. Members can calculate today’s cost, including labor, to replace an entire home or just one room in the home.
Back End
Members can edit contact and billing information, purchase service, redeem coupons, see usage and invoice history.
Admin can manage junior admins, clients, service fees, package fees, coupons and client credits. Junior admins can create reports and estimates for clients, edit client credits and assign coupons to their clients.
Since this software is used to create estimates for federally insured loans, it has been reviewed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We are pleased to announce that our software received 9 out of 10 possible points upon first review by HUD and was approved for federal use.
Project Description: This project was to create calculators and utilities to aid truckers in their daily activities. The information pages are generated by WordPress. The custom programming is integrated with WordPress.
Created a subscription service which is paid via credit card with immediate access to online services.
Created a truck rate calculator. Calculator accepts all data related to transporting a load and advises transporter of potential profit or lack thereof. Also suggests a profitable rate to the transporter.
Created invoice factoring calculator. This calculator allows the transporter to enter all fees related to factoring an invoice and returns the net profit on invoice.
Created fuel finder. This program uses transporters current location, desired travel radius and brand of fuel. It locates the cheapest fuel within the desired radius and links to Google maps.
BestCharitiesNCA.org displays the videos for hundreds of charities. The visitor can view videos by category or site search. Video integration is supported by youtube, vimeo and a mySQL database.
Project Description: Create a member directory for Rotary Club members.
Front End
Visitors search for Rotary Club members from the home page. Search can be based on zip code and mile radius and/or keywords. Search results display member business data with a link to the member’s optional bonus page. Members with a bonus page are able to give site visitors details about their business including an image and printable coupon.
Rotary Club members can purchase a directory listing and bonus page.
Back End
Members can manage their directory listing, keywords that describe their service or business, change their password, upgrade from a basic to a bonus account and renew their listing.
Site administrator can manage junior administrators, member data, member permissions and site email text.
