Kimberly Carr

25 years of web programming before AI became the accelerator.

The value of agentic coding is not that it eliminates experience. It makes experience more productive. Kimberly Carr brings decades of hands-on web application development to every Claude Code-assisted project.

External security review

HUD

Code submitted for a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development project passed security review on the first review and received special acknowledgement for doing so.

Payment environment

Visa/Mastercard scrutiny

Work on systems processing significant payment volume operated under recurring payment-security review and real-world exposure to malicious traffic.

2012–2021: GiveDirect.org

Kimberly rewrote and extended the GiveDirect.org system in core PHP, including public websites, backend administration, accounting processes, charity functionality, and donor portals. That long-running engagement required not only feature development but sustained maintenance, security awareness, data integrity, and compatibility with payment operations.

The current GiveDirect platform remains an online fundraising system with campaign forms, recurring transactions, donor management, integrations, deposits, and payment workflows.
