Not included: new features, redesigns, bugs that existed before the upgrade, and hosting fees. Those are quoted separately if you want them.

2. Scope check
Within 1 business day, we confirm your site fits the tier. If it doesn't, you can move up a tier or get a full refund.
3. Upgrade on staging
We upgrade, fix and test on staging.
4. You approve
You review the staging copy and approve it.
5. Switch-over
We switch your live site over, and the 14-day fix window starts.
What we need from you
- Hosting or control-panel access (or SSH), a copy of the code, and a database copy. We set up a staging copy if none exists.
- No work starts until we confirm your app fits the tier bought.
